IPv6 Direct Connect protocol extension

IPv6 support for Neo-Modus Direct Connect is using two protocol extensions:

	* IP64 contains all needed things for search and transfers with IPv6 and things needed to interact with IPv4 clients.

	* IPv4 is used for users connected to hub with IPv6. When user is supporting IPv4 then with this extension show hub that he is supporting IPv4 and hub is using it to check his IPv4 connection.
